2015 - 2017
Seit 2009 erfüllt unser Unternehmen die Forderungen der ISO 9001:2008. Die Zertifizierung wird jährlich durch ein Überwachungsaudit überprüft.
Am 01.02.2014 wurde das neue Materialprüflabor seiner Bestimmung übergeben. Durch verschiedene Prüfverfahren werden ausgewählte Materialien auf Ihre Zusammensetzung und Eignung für die Weiterverarbeitung untersucht. Von jedem Material wird beim Wareneingang eine Probe entnommen, die nach Prüfung auf Qualität hinterlegt und registriert wird. Damit erfüllen wir die Anforderungen unseres QM- Handbuches.
Seit 2003 haben wir in den Fachrichtungen Industriekaufmann, Bürokauffrau und Modenäherin 10 junge Menschen aus der Region erfolgreich ausgebildet.
2014
2012-2013
Construction work on an additional production hall and warehouse starts on 3rd September 2012.In August 2013, the new building is inaugurated: With another 500 m2 production space, modern automatic sewing machines and a new packaging and logistics centre, Hillcon GmbH is extremely well placed to face the rising demands of its growing clientele.
2011
Extensive renovations start in December. The office floor is relocated to the ground floor. The upper floor that is vacated offers an additional 100 m2 production space.
2009
An audit by TÜV Rheinland on 19th and 20th August is the conclusion of the two years of preparatory work for the successful certification of the company according to DIN ISO 9001 / 2008. As of 31st December, there are 36 employees.
2005 - 2007
The entire building complex is completely renovated.
2003
The launch of new products makes the introduction of IT in the production process necessary. At the end of 2003, Hillcon GmbH has 30 fulltime employees.
2001 - 2002
The first refurbishment work for machine maintenance and to gain space is performed. On 11th September 2002, the contract of sale for the land and buildings is signed. The company now employs 21 people.
2000
Foundation of Hillcon GmbH on 1st March as a German-Danish joint venture. Six employees start production on 1st May in the rooms on the ground floor of the building at Götzingerstrasse 1a in Sebnitz. The first delivery to Denmark takes place just a few days later. Additional production space is rented in October. By the end of the year, Hillcon GmbH already employs 11 people.
